Elizabeth’s teaching theme this year is “The Self: Walking the Middle Way Path.” She was inspired to invite her son to an Open Question Live conversation after listening to an episode of Jampal’s EveryBodhi Podcast (insert hotlink https://mangalashribhuti.org/everybodhi-podcast-by-dungse-jampal-norbu/ ). “Through Lojong (also called Mind Training Practice), the very way we experience the world changes. When we endeavor to train the mind, it works on us in unexpected ways. At times, we might even feel physically different, ungrounded, less constrained, our sense of empathy too becomes more acute, even overwhelming, which is another new experience. It’s certainly been the case for me that changes have been simultaneously revolutionary and difficult to describe.” Dungse Jampal Norbu Online via Zoom plus Video RecordingsEnglish with Portuguese simulcast translationThe event will be broadcast in English and with Portuguese simulcast translation. Can’t make the live event?
