To do so depends on how much we view our self and others as fundamentally the same in our wishes for happiness and to avoid suffering. To the extent that we are willing to work with our own mind according to the teachings on Lojong, that much we will benefit from transforming adversity into an opportunity for awakening. In this program Dungse Jampal Norbu continues with his in-depth commentary on the practices of lojong and bodhicitta, this year exploring the third point of mind training: transforming difficulties into the path of dharma.Dungse Jampal Norbu teaches from the most famous lojong text, Seven Points of Mind Training, drawing on commentaries by great lojong practitioners. The weekend includes three live streamed teachings, discussion group, and Q&A with Dungse Jampal Norbu.Dungse-la launched a podcast in the beginning of 2020 that explores the Lojong slogans one at a time.
