When will the Recordings be available?

Live Broadcast/ Program Attendee
Video recordings are generally posted within a few hours after every talk and are available about two weeks after the program.

Study Set
The Study Set includes Video and Audio. Video recordings are generally posted within 1-2 days after the program and are available for 1 year.

Audio Recordings
Audio recordings are generally posted within 4 weeks. For big teaching events (10+ talks), they are generally posted within 4-8 weeks. Audio recordings are yours for life and can be either listened to or downloaded from your Orders page on the wisdomproductions.org site.

How to Live stream or Watch the Recordings

Watch the event live or come back at your convenience. Recordings will be posted a few hours after the talk and will be available until February 21, 2022.
For the first time you watch the stream, we recommend you sign in 20 minutes before the talk.

Wisdom Productions has a new URL, so please log in early to avoid any last minute technical difficulties.

  1. Log in to your account at Wisdom Productions.
  2. Once signed in, you will be on your personal Wisdom Productions page. Click on “My Orders” , located on the top left of the screen next to Wisdom Productions logo.
  3. Click on the ORDER CODE, which is a series of capital letters and numbers, that sits next to the “Living Dharma: Sacred World” product.
  4. This leads you to “live streaming” page. Click OPEN to go the next page.
  5. Click on the talk you will be listening to.

Note: If you sign in early, you may need to refresh your browser in order to start the live stream at the designated start time.

During the weekend, minimal technical support is offered. While we are doing all we can to ensure that everything goes smoothly, we appreciate your patience with any unforeseen technical glitches.

Our heartfelt intention is to bring the teachings to you in the most easeful way possible. Please do remember that we are not a professional customer service department when you interact with the students who serve in this capacity.

Creating a Sacred Environment when Attending Online Teachings

Rinpoche urged all of us who attend teachings online to see the time and place when and where we are participating as sacred. In essence, his instruction is to be present as if we were in the shrine room with him and the assembly. Here are some helpful tips to establish your environment.

  • Before the weekend begins, prepare your personal space. Choose an area or room in your home from which to listen to the teachings.
  • Because we are using technology to broadcast this retreat, please make sure you have good internet reception in your retreat area. Turn off cell phones, iPads, radio, TV, and any other device that may be distracting.
  • If members of your household are not participating in the teachings, you may want to share the retreat schedule with them and request their support for your practice.
  • Keep a clear intention not to get distracted by home issues, leave early or multitask while participating online.

How to Offer a Teacher’s Gift

Traditionally a monetary offering is made at the end of a program, presented directly to the teacher in an envelope along with a khata, or white scarf.

We acknowledge the tendrel or auspicious connection that this creates and want to provide a pathway for those who wish to participate.
