The LINK

Every Sunday, Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche, Elizabeth Mattis Namgyel, Dungse Jampal Norbu, or a senior MSB student offers a live-streamed talk at 10:00 am Mountain Time (USA), open to the public free of charge. Register for The LINK or view the upcoming schedule here.

Foundational Teachings

Talks available for download on the Foundational Teachings page address basic Buddhist topics such as loving kindness, our universal longing for happiness, an overview of the mind’s natural capacity, and an introduction to the egolessness of self. We are pleased to offer these teachings free of charge.

Guided Meditations

The recordings offered on the Guided Meditation page introduce the basic techniques for shamatha meditation and contemplations on the Four Immeasurables. Rinpoche has emphasized these two practices as the starting point of the path, and of one’s daily practice as well. These recordings are designed to support students of all levels in their personal daily meditation practice. We are pleased to offer these teachings free of charge.

Recommended Teachings

Three sets of additional Recommended Teachings are offered to the public through the MSB Store, where you can read detailed descriptions of each set. These teachings cover a variety of topics chosen especially to provide students with an in-depth look at guiltlessness and shenpa, generating bodhicitta, lojong or mind training, and the basic tenets of the Buddhist philososphy of Madhyamika.
